By paying me to do a commission, you automatically accept my Terms of Service.

Any violation of these terms gives me the right to decline your commission with no refunds.

1. I only accept payments through PayPal and in USD. Please convert your currency to USD before sending.
2. Before or after the sketch is approved you must pay the full price before I continue with the rest of the commission. If paying before the sketch, you may pay up to only 50% of the total price.
3. I do not do refunds once the commission is complete and delivered. Depending on the circumstances during the process, I will do a 20-50% refund.
4. The prices listed are just the base prices. Additional fees may be added depending on the request and complexity of the commission.

1. I can decline any commission request for any reason.
2. Please be kind and respectful. Being rude, inappropriate, or aggressive will result in me either declining your commission or dropping it if I had already started working on it. No refunds.
3. Please provide at least 1 visual reference of the subject I will be drawing. Written ones are okay, but not preferred, and may result in additional fees.
4. I allow 3 major revisions during the sketch phase. Only minor revisions are allowed during line art and rendering. Additional fees may apply.
5. I will update you throughout the commission–at least once during each stage (sketch, lineart, flat color, and rendering). You are free to ask for an update anytime during the commission.
6. My art can take up to 1 month to finish depending on how busy I am. Please be patient with me while I do my best to work on your commission.
7. Once the commission is done, I will send the art via email. This is so you can receive the highest possible quality.
8. If I ever send a message, I would prefer if you could respond within 3 days. If you can't, please either send me a quick message saying you'll be busy or I will have to cancel the commission. It's unfair to you and others if I am unable to work due to lack of communication. (Only applicable if I haven't started the sketch yet)

1. I own all rights to all of my works.
2. My commissions are personal use only. (i.e. profile pictures and banners). Contact me via email if you want to use my work for commercial use. There will be additional fees for commercial rights.
3. Putting my work into any AI engine is strictly prohibited.
4. Using my work for NFTs or crypto-based platforms is strictly prohibited.
5. I am allowed to post my work on social media and portfolio unless requested otherwise.
6. If you wish to post the commission art on your social media, you must give me credit. This includes banners and icons.
